Welcome to our online store. Pure Savage provides products to you subject to the following conditions. If you make a purchase within this site on our shop you are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Ordering our products is a quick and easy process. It should only take a few minutes from start to finish and, its 100% secure. If for some reason you can’t make an order, don’t have PayPal or a credit card, contact us, we’ll sort something else out, and please, if you have any queries, just contact us via the contact form on the site.
We post all our items with An Post. We try, where possible, to post orders within a few days of an order being received. This of course only applies to items we have in stock. We are constantly replenishing our stock and always try to get orders out as quickly as we can. Postage within Ireland normally takes 3-5 days but we do not guarantee delivery within this time as it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver packages. Items may take longer to arrive.
We have an "express delivery" option at checkout. An Post guarantees this as a next day delivery. Please note however the item you want will need to be in stock and and ordered before midday, Monday to Friday, to avail of this.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday. We do not process orders at weekends or Bank Holidays.
We are able to offer a next day delivery service with our courier of choice within Ireland for bulk items.
Please note: Any postage costs on items that are not delivered by An Post and deemed lost are not subject to a refund.
All custom designs on the site are ours. Please don’t try and copy anything or use/sell it as your own.
The prices stated are correct at the time of purchase. We have the right to alter prices depending on a number of different factors. Some things will be dearer than others, some will be cheaper, how that will be determined is up to us!
There will be no returns policy offered on items on sale.
If you are unhappy with your item when you receive it we will accept returns within 14 days of postage from us to you, a full refund will be given. We do not exchange goods for others within our shop. As for sizing, if you order something that’s too small or too big and you want to exchange it for another size, you the customer will incur the cost of returning it to us and paying for the new item to be posted.
Note: No returns will be accepted on any goods that are on dedicated shops such as NIFA etc.
