Ordering Online
Ordering our products is a quick and easy process. It should only take a few minutes from start to finish and its 100% secure.
Sizing
Pure Savage uses its own sizing for all goods. Customers are advised to check Pure Savage sizing information on our website before ordering any goods. There will be size measurement differences between our goods and those of other brands. Its the customers responsibility to check and order accordingly.
Postage
We post items with An Post and when necessary courier services like DPD, DHL etc. We try to post “in stock” items as soon as possible. Postage within Ireland normally takes 3-5 days but we do not guarantee delivery within this time. Items may take longer to arrive.
We have an “express delivery” option at checkout. An Post guarantees this as a next day delivery. Please note however the item you want will need to be in stock and and ordered before midday, Monday to Friday, to avail of this.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday. We do not process orders at weekends or Bank Holidays.
We are able to offer a next day delivery service with our courier of choice within Ireland for bulk items.
Please note: Any postage costs on items that are not delivered by An Post and deemed lost are not subject to a refund.

All custom designs on the site are ours. Do not try and copy anything or use/sell it as your own.
Price
The prices stated are correct at the time of purchase. We have the right to alter prices depending on a number of different factors. Some things will be dearer than others, some will be cheaper, how that will be determined is up to us!
Club Shops
All items available for purchase in club shops are custom made in our factory. Club shop orders take 6-8 weeks from the date of the shop closing for production and delivery/collection. In some cases orders may take longer depending on the overall size of the club shop order. Customers will receive an e-mail and SMS message when their order has been processed/completed and it is ready for either delivery or collection.
Sale Items
There will be no returns policy offered on items on sale.
Returns
Note: No returns will be accepted on any goods that are on dedicated shops such as NIFA or any other Club Shops etc. These are custom made goods.
Note: No returns will be accepted on any items which have been personalised with names/initials.
Note: No returns will be accepted on any workwear or schoolwear which has been ordered by customers and then personalised/crested and handed off to that customer.
Club Shops: All items in “Club Shops” are custom made and as a result there is a no return and no refund policy on these items. On occasion however we may accept returns for an exchange but that will be at the discretion of Pure Savage.
